You only need to press the button “UNIT” behind the body fat scale to switch the weight unit to LB, KG, or ST: LB.
Why do my weighing data sometimes differ from the last time?

2. Please place the body fat scale on a flat surface.
3. Please stand on the scale in the right direction.
4. Stand on top of the body fat scale and hold it still.
Why am I standing on the body fat scale without displaying any data?
When the batteries are in low power status, (display”Lo”) please use usb cable to charging(USB cable in the package). Charging time is less than 2 hour.
How to store body fat scale when not in use?
The Bluetooth scale is not waterproot. Keep the surrounding environment dry, do not submerge it in water.
