This blood pressure monitor operates via two power options: continuous wired connection (USB Type-C, included) or 4 AAA batteries (not included). Note: The device does not support charging.

Does this product have voice prompts? Can the voice prompts be turned off?

Yes, this device has a voice prompt function, of course it can be turned off, it is your choice

Why is the blood pressure cuff too tight and keeps restarting?

If the upper arm is too large, the cuff will continue to pressurize and restart. It is recommended that you use a larger arm cuff.

Why are my readings always inaccurate?

When measuring, please ensure:

Align the center of the cuff with the upper arm artery (2-3 cm above the cubital fossa)

Have your back supported/feet flat (avoid crossing your legs)

Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring

Why are the measurement results different every time? Is it inaccurate? How should I measure correctly?

Measure at the same time daily, using the same arm and position. Sit upright, remove thick clothes, keep cuff at heart level, stay still 5 mins before, and wait 5 mins between readings.
