Why is the machine still flashing after long pressing to turn it off?

When the power cord is connected, long press the power button will put the device into standby mode. Simply short press the power button to start working. To turn the device off completely, disconnect it from the power supply.

How to switch modes?

With the power connected, the device enters standby mode. A short press activates 300s cleaning(Mode 1), and it will start working after 2s. To switch modes, while in Mode 1, continue to short press to enter 600s(Mode 2) and 900s(Mode 3).

Can I just use water with this cleaner, or do I need to buy the special solution?

This ultrasonic retainer cleaner(Not Cordless) performs effectively with water and delivers optimal results when paired with cleaning tablets or a dedicated solution.

What should I keep in mind when cleaning with the device?

Avoid using hot water,use cold water only. For cleaning heat-sensitive items such as retainer,aligners,ect. we recommend using 300s. (Prolonged continuous use will cause water temp to rise, pls allow it to cool down for 15 mins before restarting.)
