Is the mat hard to step on?

Stone bath mats are firmer than fabric mats. The firm surface helps water evaporate quickly. If you prefer softer comfort, we recommend using slippers.

Why does the mat stop absorbing water after being used in the bathroom after a time, and the water just runs out?

This may occur if the mat has been kept in a high-humidity environment without fully drying.

Please allow the mat to dry thoroughly in a cool, ventilated area.

But the water still runs out after I dry it in the air. Is the mat damaged?

This may because surface stains are blocking the water-absorbing pores.

Please gently sand the surface with the included sandpaper to remove stains and unblock the pores.

Is this mat slip resistant?

Yes. The tech-cloth backing helps grip smooth floors and keep the mat in place. For best results, place it on a flat, hard surface.
